More pictures of our new past time.

We have so been enjoying the new Harley. We took a trip by ourselves several weeks back, we went to Batesville, Drasco, Greersferry, Mountain View, Mt. Home , and then we stopped at Hardy and had supper. It was a nice ride, but we were both worn out when we got home. These are a few pictures that we took that day.

Black and White Pic's

I had a few pictures that I had scanned at work of Steve's Birthday, and of our Bike ride . That is why they are in black and white. I plan on posting more later.

Our first long ride on the Harley

Steve and I took a bike ride up to Drasco, AR with our friends Dottie and Stan this past Sunday. We had lots of fun, there is a bike shop at Drasco, so Steve got me some new foot peddles for the bike and we bought a couple of warm jackets to wear. On Saturday Steve and I drove the bike up to Popular Bluff , and Steve bought me a riding vest , you can see it in a couple of the pictures.

(I JUST HAD TO HAVE ONE) My sister thinks I am silly. We are really enjoying the bike, and cant wait untill warm weather.

HAZEL NARINE MCLESKEY
Date of Birth August 7th, 1944
Date of Death August 22, 2008

We lost Steve's mom to cancer on August 22, 2008. Her suffering is over, and she is now in a much better place with our Lord.

Our family is doing good, Douglas is back at work, and has been trying to keep busy. Thank you to everyone who brought food to the house, and for all the lovely plants and flowers that were sent also. Thanks for all your concerns , prayers, and love during our time of greif. We love you all.

Scott& Kim McLeskey and their boys ( Scott is Steve's cousin) stayed at our house, we enjoyed having them as we always do when they come down to Arkansas. We had many visitors and we enjoyed being with all of our loved ones.

Me leading our new bull around the lot

We have been trying to tame our new young bull, we lead him a little every afternoon. He is getting better all the time. This was actually taken about a month or so ago. He was still being very stuborn, and you can tell that I am very careful with him as not to spooke him. HA! That wouldn't be a pretty site to see me get drug all over the barn lot now would it.

Our weekend with Frank & Jane in Mt Home

Thank you Frank and Jane for showing us such a good time, we had lots of fun on the lake, and at your home. We enjoyed the Ride too.............it was good of Frank to trust Steve to drive his Camero. Here are a few pictures that I took.
