I found this picture of a house on webshots, it says it is Green county , at Hooker , AR. The picture was taken by Sandy Hardin. Do you know where this house is? I am thinking it is some where up by Virginia Scheer's mom's place.

Paula, I think that house is located at hooker, down a gravel road that is in front of the home of Tony - Merlamay Dowler, it looks a little different now, but i remember it from the past.
Hey, You guys are both right I think. We always called it the Old Shepherd place too. I don't believe they are related to Beth. I was just by it the other day and they have changed it some.
It is Charlie Shepherd's old house. Mom and Dad actually looked at it to buy once. It's on the way to my G'ma Cook's house. I think it's also considered somewhat a historical site, right?
Paula, I think I drove by this house the other day. Is it down a gravel road to the left after you pass Big Creek Church??? My husband told me that he heard it was a Sears & Roebuck house.. The kind you order from the catalog, I didn't know they used to sell houses!! Bridget
Neither did I Bridget. I only remember it as the old shepard house. Hey Bridget, send me your email address , so I will have it; email it to mcles@bscn.com Paula

I wrote the one about Charlie Shepherd and thought I had my name on it.
